My commitment to your satisfaction is the foundation from which a solid business relationship is built. I realize that people do business with people they trust and I know I don't have 50 listings, and a track record in buying and selling that goes on and on that gives some people that trust. However, I am interested in what is best for you, the client, and I am committed to establishing a long-term relationship based on trust. That is why I am only charging 2% on every real estate listing (rather than 3 to 4%). I pride myself on being knowledgeable and staying current with changes in the industry that will affect the success of your transaction.
